Though lot of cliches and over dramatic , mammooty made us forget all those things...

VARSHAM -

It's more easy to make audience cry than to make
them laugh. Most easily inflicted emotion on the
audience by a film is nothing else other than the
sadness.Since Mammooty is the leading actor here
in Varsham, he will make you cry for sure from the
bottom of the heart.

The story is straight forward which discusses the
changes occurring in a man & his wife after their
beloved son who hasn't crossed the adolescent
period is dead. The story & script has got many
cliches. But the story & characters were really
convincing.

No need to specially mention the mammooty's role
as the leading actor, it was his mesmerizing acting
which made the film a passable one despite of
cliches. The supporting cast has also done justice
to their respective roles.

Direction wasn't bad.Edits & visuals were
fine.Script was over dramatic at times. Not satisfied
with the music, maybe it suits the dramatic script.

Even though the film is over dramatic , the
performances from the leading actors & a positive
feeling towards the end made this one a watchable
movie.
