Goofs:
Factual Mistake
Towards the end, right after the nuke goes off on the island, in the next scene, the cloud is completely missing from the background. Clouds from a nuke explosion tend to linger on an on for hours at a stretch.

Factual Mistake
Dana could not hang on the front of a Harrier while it was in the hover. She would be instantly sucked into the engine.

Revealing Mistakes
Obvious stunt player performs Harry flipping up from sliding on his back through the snow.

Character Error
When chasing Aziz to the hotel, Harry is going west and tells Gibb to be on the south side. Aziz first turns right and runs into Gibb, which puts Gibb on the north side of the street.

Continuity
The motorcycle starts falling as soon as Aziz drives off the roof of the hotel, but he is clearly in a newly elevated position when he is shown falling into the pool.
Trivia:
Arnold Schwarzenegger's biggest challenge for the movie was not doing all the physical stunts, but dancing a tango. He had to take dancing lessons to realistically perform the dance.

The first film to use the then newly redesigned CGI 20th Century Fox logo, which lasted until 2010.

James Cameron wanted to make Spider-Man starring Michael Biehn. However, he thought that the film would be technically challenging at that point, and made this movie instead.
