'The Search: The Seeker: The Spirit' is a poetic documentary inspired by Buddhist Vipassana meditation practices, the dharma and 'moments of being'. Told in three sections, each segment on its own is a meditation on specific aspects of practice with different elements of life as fodder - death, seeking, memories, the imprint of famous speeches, films, other people and connection with the personal light within. The stories combined and in conversation paint an exquisite tableau of sensory-based explorations - faith as action, even when it feels unavailable (Flying), self-acceptance ala the practices of mindful attention, loving kindness and letting go (Metta) and refuge in the arms of meditation, love and interconnectedness (Embrace It).
