An effeminate, married man Toe Tayar embraces his feminine side as he undergoes a hormonal change and starts a new life and adopts a new name, Tar Too. He falls in love with his brother-in-law who rescues him during a drowning accident, which leads to a series of conflicts where his family attempts to hide his transition.
