Inspired from true events, this raw and fast-paced thriller depicts the first-ever registered encounter by the Mumbai Police, which took place on November 1, 1982. The movie traces the lives of two protagonists - Manya Surve a bright college student from the 70s, who finds himself inexorably drawn into a vortex of crime. The other leading man is Aafaque Bagraan a trigger-happy cop who wants to clean up the streets of the maximum city.
