Trivia:
'Seeta Kalyanam' was the first Telugu film to use outdoor sequences for shooting.

P.V. Doss, the owner of Minerva cinema in Machilipatnam had constructed a studio in Madras- the Vel Pictures for filming the movie, which makes 'Seeta Kalyanam' the first Telugu talkie to be produced with South Indian technicians and made in Chennai.

'Seeta Kalyanam' was remade from the Tamil version of the movie which had released in the same year.

The movie garnered controversy for having a brother-sister duo as a husband and wife in the movie.
