Born with an extra-sensory power, Medical intern Isabella chooses to ignore her powers to lead a normal life. While doing an autopsy on a woman's body the spirit latches on to her. Isabelle's sister Fransisca Inggrid is able to sense a disturbance and understands her situation and meanwhile, she falls in love with Radja who learns about her and supports her. As the disturbances continue, Isabella discovers that the mystery surrounding the dead woman's spirit unravels slowly and she decides to put her life in line to help the restless ghost find peace by solving the death.
