Rainbow (2008)

This youthful romantic drama traces the twists and turns in the life of Shyam (Raahul), a resilient orphan, who has learned to fend for himself from a young age. He works at Berger Paints as a painter in the creative department.

Kamala (Sindhu Menon) is a mute girl and Shyam's neighbour. They share a cozy friendship. Swapna (Sonal Chauhan) comes from Bhimavaram and her ambition is to become a renowned actress in the film industry. She is enamoured by the glitz and glamour, and dreams of having all the trappings of fame and fortune.

Shyam falls in love with Swapna at the first sight. He wants to make her realize her dream. He helps her out and she succeeds in fulfilling her ambition, due to Shyam's struggle and sacrifice. When he finally proposes to her, will she accept his love?
