Rajasekhar is a wealthy man, who travels to a hill station to work on his art and rents a property from Anjaneyalu. Anjaneyalu and his wife try their best to warn him that the property is haunted, but he thinks of it as a blind superstition and makes fun of them.
When he hears strange noises in the dark, he investigates and catches hold of a young woman, who claims to be a ghost. However, when he confronts her, she accepts that her name is Gauri and that she spends every night in that house, for her safety. After the death of her parents, she has gone through a great deal of struggle.
She becomes his muse and he begins painting portraits of her. The paintings turned out to be so beautiful that they invoked the jealousy of Sandhya, a wealthy heiress, who haughtily believes herself to be the most desirable. She becomes so furious that she destroys the paintings altogether.
Jagannathan, the wealthiest man in town, invites Rajasekhar to paint his daughter, Sandhya's portrait, but he refuses. So, she decides to meet him face to face in order to convince him, but the moment he sees her, he faints.
He believes that Sandhya is the reincarnation of Radha, and that the both of them were lovers in a previous lifetime. While Gauri falls in love with Rajasekhar,, he and Sandhya renew their ties and fall in love once more. How will this love triangle unfold?
