Out of two MBBS students, one secures the first rank by cheating and other one ends up with second rank, despite being a brilliant student. Both of them join the same college. When the first ranker doesn't do well in his studies, he attempts suicide by cutting his hand. Things take a turn when his blood spills on the tomb of Pottu, and it's ghost enters his body which forces him to behave like a girl.
