Geng Geng is a shy and awkward high school teenager who feels that she isn't smart enough to be at the prestigious Zhen Hua High School. On the first day she meets her deskmate, the brilliant Yu Huai with whom she bickers with at first and later becomes very good friends with. She befriends many people at school and forms a strong bond with their teacher. Geng Geng attracts the attention of the high school rebel who falls in love with her and doesn't seem to hide it from the world.
