Modhala Minchu is romantic drama in which Ravi ( Abhi) who falls in love with Divya (Supreeta), a medical student. However, he comes to know that she is already engaged to Rakesh (Sharath), a businessman.
Though Rakesh is successful and wealthy, he is not cultured and this makes Divya develop a liking for Ravi. She starts hating Rakesh. The arrogant Rakesh, who comes to know of this, takes the rash and impulsive decision to shoot the lovers to death.
