Two best friends with different personalities, Mia Carter and Mel Paige decide to start their own beauty business called 'Mel & Mia's', despite not agreeing on how to run it. One is more practical while the other prefers to make quick money and lead a lavish lifestyle. When their company runs into debt, they are helped by a ruthless benefactor who intends to steal the business out from under them which forces the two friends to address their differences to save their company.
