In this sequel to 'Rakta Kanneeru' Upendra reprises his role of Mohan, a highly educated, wealthy man turned beggar. Now in hell, he happens to meet his own son, a gangster (Upendra again), who was killed in a gang war. This mythological romance brings to life the story of how Mohan's son, falls in love with Lord Indra's daughter Indraja (Ramya), in Indraloka (heaven). With stiff competition from the likes of Lord Brahma, Lord Yama and other Devatas (Gods) of Indraloka to marry Indraja, can a mere human being be successful in winning the love of the beautiful goddess?
