Kanmani Pappa (TBA)

Karthik is a plumbing and electrical sub-contractor in Chennai metro. His better half kannama is a house wife. Their only daughter ‘kanmani’. At the age of four she is almost an expertise in drawing.Since Karthik lives in an apartment in Chennai, his dream is to buy a house on their own.In search of it karthik received some property details from a broker. By seeing a particular property from kodaikanal both karthik and kannama got astonished because the house they saw was already a painting,done by kanmani.Kanmani who had never been to kadaikanal drew a picture of it exactly. They believed that it was a divine blessing. So karthik decided to by that property and reached kodaikanal along with his assistant.But house broker ‘kokki Kumar’ hides the detail of ghost in there and tries to counterfeit the sale. Karthik soon gets to know that whoever tries to buy that property was not alive anymore.Karthik tries to find out the mystery behind the incidents which brings jeopardy to his family. Kanmani have been kidnapped by someone. And he too realizes the ghost in that house.
