Thrilling and terrifying, this complex tale revolves around Kaashmora (Karthi), a cunning man who flourishes along with his family, by cheating people in the name of black magic and dark spirits.
Intrigued to investigate, a PhD research student Yamini (Sri Divya) joins Kaashmora. Her goal is to gather evidence and expose his true face to the public. Kaashmora's fame leads him to a superstitious and fraudulent Minister (Sharath Lohitashwa) and using his clever techniques, he earns the Minister's trust. When the income tax department raids the minister's house, he asks his henchmen to transfer all the illegal money to Kaashmora's house. Recognising this as an opportunity to escape and settle abroad, Kaashmora's family escapes with the money.
Meanwhile, Chelapathy Rao, a Telugu man seeks Kaashmora's help and brings him to a haunted bungalow in Andhra Pradesh. In the bungalow, Kaashmora is haunted by real ghosts. Kaashmora learns that the bungalow used to be a princess' palace, but after her unfortunate death, residents and owners were subject to terrifying events and subsequent death. He is warned that there are 13 ghosts in the bungalow and meets Raj Nayak, their head. Kaashmora is ordered to help all the ghosts become free of the mortal realm and move on to the spiritual world.
Locked within the castle, Kaashmora must find a way to investigate into the history of the castle and its ghosts – one that leads him back 700 years into the past. Who was Raj Nayak? Who was the princess who owned the castle? What curse holds the 13 ghosts in the mortal realm? How is Yamini connected to the story? Can Kaashmora finances to all these questions and even more importantly, can he find a way to escape from the castle and the Minister's wrath unscathed?
