Factual Mistake
The throttle controls in the single-engine plane seen at the beginning are actually for a dual engine plane.

Factual Mistake
In the firefight at the jungle base, one of the guerrillas is supposed to be firing an M-16 on full auto, but his finger isn't on the trigger, it is outside the trigger guard.

Continuity
In the scene where the plane is flying at the beginning, its call letters are C-FJSM. But after it crashes at least three of the letters are now LHA.

Continuity
In the approach to the guerrilla camp, the Squad Leader pulls out a pair of binoculars. The strap covers the right-hand lens but in the next shot, the strap is completely gone.
