Jagjeet is a short film about a Sikh man, filled with guilt that he got scared and did not save his childhood friend during the 1984 Sikh massacre in Delhi, India. Now haunted by this feeling, he finds difficult to live with everyday mundane life. The film takes a pithy and uncompromising look at the relentless guilt that invariably follows Jagjeet after he had hid inside his house and failed to save his best friend from the rioters.
