Eun Shi Yeon is a police lieutenant who is demoted to the hit-and-run task force at a police station from the regional investigation unit at the National Police Agency. She must work alongside Seo Min Jae, the ace officer of the hit-and-run task force. The two of them team up to chase down Jung Jae Chul, a former Formula One racer whose madness for speed and cars has driven him to crime.
