Heart Attack (2016)

This offbeat romantic drama sparks off in Goa with the henchmen of Don Makrand Kamati kidnapping a young woman at the beach and turning her into a slave for sale after injecting drugs into her.

When Madhusudhan, a fearless and forthright police officer exposes their human trafficking racket, the Don's henchman attack him brutally to the extent that he becomes paralysed. The powerful mafia maintains complete control over the area and their criminal activities especially the illegal drugs trade and human trafficking violations continue unchecked.

A year after the police officer's defeat, Varun a carefree youngster travels through the exotic locales of scenic Spain. After losing his beloved parents very early on in his childhood, Varun develops an aversion to any form of commitment and prefers to roam about as a vagabond hippie wandering all over the world. Refusing to form any attachments, he doesn't get involved in any serious relationship and earns his living by working in part-time jobs he finds in Craigslist and rests at nights on the roads with some kitchen equipment to cook food.

Now he is in Spain and there he comes across Hayathi, an Indian who has arrived in Spain in search of her friend Priya. How will his relationship with Hayathi change his life? Can Madhusudhan find way to exact revenge upon the Don and his men?
