This extraordinary tale revolves around a divine child who is abandoned by his biological mother, after it's father passes away. An upper-caste childless couple adopt the child and enroll him in a school much the displeasure of the community who object as they are not aware of this child's caste. The child, now named Tulsidas, grows up, recites the Holy Scriptures and also ends up angering priests and others - who decide to interrupt his work of re-writing the Ramayana in easily understandable local language, and tempt him with lust. He is then introduced to a woman named Ratnavati and both get married. He falls prey to their designs, starts spending all his time with his wife and neglects his work. How will his actions affect his guru and those around him?
