Dayal Padmanabhan

Dayal Padmanabhan is an Indian film writer, director and producer, mainly working in Kannada Cinema. Most of his films have been in the genre of romantic-comedy thrillers, most notably his comedy-thriller Circus. His debut directorial movie was OK Saar OK and he went on to direct a lot of movies including Circus, ShriHarikathe. He has also starred in Gaalipata, his character Dracula received critical as well as public acclaim. Dayal started of in the Kannada industry as a writer in the year 2000. His first movie as a writer was Om Ganesh starring "Dialogue King" Sai Kumar and directed by "THRILLER" Manju. From there on he went on to write for many films including Hudugigage, H20, Gattimela. He has also produced Circus and Co produced Shriharikathe under his own production house 'D PICTURES'.
