Ramu is a man who gets involved in petty crimes, whose friend Gopal asks him to go to the village to look after his mother and sister Chanda. Ramu agrees and successfully cares for the family till they decide to locate to the city to be with Gopal. Chanda and Ramu fall in love with each other, and Chanda requests him to give up his life of crime and lead a normal life to which Ramu agrees. Will Ramu's criminal past allow him to lead a normal life with his Chanda?
