Aswaroodan (2006)

This Film follows Poomatathil Veerabhadran (Suresh Gopi) who leads the village just like his father Poomatathil Viswanathan (Captain Raju) had managed, by capturing the hearts of the members and being the soul of Vazhamatom village. Veerabhadran provides help and becomes the protector of the oppressed and a refuge for the helpless. Seetha Lakshmi (Padma Priya) is a socially responsible Brahmin girl who supports the displaced adivasi's gets shunned by her family members. Veerabhadran provides shelter for her, and he must also face an enemy, Marthandan (Sai Kumar) who plots to steal his power and destroy him.
