Anuragi (1988)

Embedded with youthful romance and charged emotion, this dramatic tale delves into the life of Shamu, a talented and handsome wildlife enthusiast, who also happens to be a qualified medical doctor. While camped in the wilderness, during the filming of a wildlife documentary, he finds a woman gravely injured. He rescues her and finds out that her name Annie. In the process of her recovery, when Shamu provides her with excellent care, Annie finds herself falling in love with him. When she continues to meet and get close to Shamu, Annie invites the jealousy of Roy, the family friend she was supposed to marry. Also, Julie, a beautiful young woman seems to be closely related to Shamu. When Annie reveals her love to Shamu, he refuses to accept it, stating that he would come and meet her on the day of her wedding. What is Shamu's mysterious reason for rejecting Annie's love?
