Aniyathi Pravu (1997)

Embedded with youthful romance and charged emotion, this family-oriented drama delves into the life of Mini (Shalini), who is deeply loved and cared for by her mother (KPAC Lalitha) and three brothers (Janardhan, Cochin Haneefa and Shajin). She falls in love with a Hindu boy, Suddhi (Kunchacko Boban). However, when her overprotective brothers come to know of of the affair, all hell breaks loose in both the houses. Unable to get the consent of their families, the lovers elope with the help of some friends. But when they are about to get married, they both realise that their respective families in the world to them, and that they are unwilling to break their familial bonds at any cost. They decide to go back to their families. The question remains, will their families understand their sacrifice, accept their love, and bless their union?
