This socially relevant drama evocatively depicts the extraordinary challenges that arise in the life of Kunjunni (Ashwin Thampi), an intelligent young man from an impoverished family background. His father, Bhaskaran (Kalabhavani Mani) an uneducated lorry driver, has toiled hard and made many sacrifices to ensure that his son was provided with the best possible education from a very expensive school.
Now it is up to Kunjunni to rise up to his father's expectations, take over the burdens that his father has shouldered for so long, and fulfil his father's dreams. Will he understand his responsibility or shy away from it?
