A Witness out of the Blue (2019)

Police officer Yip Sir and detectives Frank Lam and Siu Mui take up a case where a jewel thief is killed by his partner-in-crime. They also realize that it's connected to the crime of a jewelry robbery that took place several months ago where the robbers are getting killed one-by-one. Frank discovers another case related to his current one for which he needs to rely on his sole witness left at the crime scene: a parrot.
