Natty Natarajan

Indian cinematographer and actor Natrajan Subramaniam is popularly known for his works in the Hindi,Tamil and Telugu film industries. He is known for his exceptional cinematography skills and received recognition for his acting in the 2014 hit film 'Sathuranga Vettai'. Natarajan pursued his interest in photography and started out as a still photographer and wedding videographer. He struggled to get his break in the industry until he gained praises for his work on the music video of band 'Euphoria'. He became acquainted with director Ram Gopal Varma whom had referred him to Anurag Kashyap with whom he worked with for three Hindi projects - Last Train to 'Mahakali', 'Paanch' and 'Black Friday'. He has worked on several Bollywood blockbuster movies like - Jab We Met, Golmaal Returns and Raanjhanaa. Natarajan decided to pursue an alternate career as an actor in small-budget Tamil films before he starred in lead roles in the action flicks - Milaga and Muthukku Muthaaga, which received luke warm responses at the box office. He had gained recognition in the 2014 flick 'Sathuranga Vettai'.
