Siva undergoes extensive surgery to fix his facial deformities. Siva's face starts resembling Sakthi. Siva, who gets a new lease of life, plans to start a business to take care of his family. Little does he know that there's trouble looming ahead. After getting attacked by strangers a couple of times, Siva realises that someone is after his life. He sets out to Trichy with his friend Gopal and girlfriend Gee Gee to find out more about Sakthi. They meet Maya, who tells them about Sakthi and why people are after Siva.
